The capital of the Northern Territories in Canada is known as Yellowknife, which is located in the northwestern part of the country, on the shores north of Lake Great Slave to 400 kilometers south of the Arctic Circle.

It can be reached by plane to the airport in the city, with daily flights arriving from Vancouver in British Columbia, in Edmonton and Calgary in Alberta, and with other cities in these parts of north of the country.
